Gary Lehman

Mr. Lehman is retired CEO of Oerlikon Drive Systems at OC Oerlikon Corporation AG. Drive Systems includes Fairfield Manufacturing, Lafayette, IN, and Graziano Spa, Italy. He joined Fairfield as President and CEO and led a turnaround of this producer of power transmission components. He also guided the company through successful sales to Sauer AG, and later to Oerlikon.

Mr. Lehman served as an executive in highly cost competitive businesses, and has successfully led critical turnaround efforts in declining market companies. His earlier assignments included:
          •    President and CEO of Phillips Lighting Electronics NA 
          •    General Manager of the Body Systems Division of ITT   
          •    Director, Marketing & General Manager, Federal-Mogul
          •    General Manager & engineering positions, TRW, Deere & Co. 

He is a Director at First Merchants Corp, Ash Access Technology and SCP Limited, Inc. and is a member of the Purdue University Board of Trustees. He is a graduate of:
         •    Case Western Reserve University, MBA in Operations
              Management
         •    Purdue University, BS in Industrial Management

Stephen Hauser

Mr. Hauser is a Managing Director of Corporate Finance Associates, LLC,  a middle-market investment banking firm providing M&A and financing advisory services. Previously he was a partner with Coutant Capital, an M&A adviser for industrial and automotive manufacturers and distributors.

He has worked closely with private equity firms on buy-optimize-build acquisition strategies in several industrial sectors. He has directed the integration of numerous acquisitions with complex channel, customer, and product overlaps.

Mr. Hauser's corporate experience focused on executing strategic business development projects and leading improvements to customer-facing operations. Earlier assignments included:
          •    VP Americas & VP, Global Customer Support, Aeroquip
                Vickers/Eaton
          •    General Manager, Int'l Distribution & Director, Corp.
                Development, Federal-Mogul
          •    Principal, Corporate Finance, Ernst & Young 
          
He has served as a director and adviser to early-stage firms and was a director of OTC-listed American United Global.  He is a graduate of:
